Pick-your-own strawberries
Meadow Lynn Farms has a pick-your-own patch and a ready-picked stand at our farm. We grow June bearing strawberries and specialize in growing different types of strawberries to suit your tastes.
When the strawberry picking season is over, we continue to process strawberry juice, jelly and syrup available at our farm gate year-round.

The strawberry patch is open from 8am-8pm Monday- Saturday and 8am-5pm on Sundays of strawberry season unless the weather is poor or we sell out of strawberries. The latest updates from the patch can be found on our facebook page.
June bearing strawberries only produce fruit from June- mid July. We do not grow ever-bearing strawberries.

Red Merlin
Shiny heart- shaped fruit, firm & good for travelling.
Wendy
New this year! Early season variety. Sweet dark berry.
Laurel
Large, firm berries. A bit tangy. Mid-season variety
Cavendish
Mid-season variety. Large berry, firm and sometimes blotchy colour in very hot weather. Good traveller, very dark when ripe and is a Pick-Your-Own favourite.
Jewel
Mid-season variety. Very Large, glossy berry. Not as sweet as other varieties. Best berry for travelling! Excellent shelf life
Governor Simcoe
An old favourite, back by popular demand! Mid Sized, firm berry, bright colour & excellent flavour
Kate
NEW large to very large berries, firm but juicy. Mid-season berry.
Valley Sunset
New! Late season berry. Huge berries. grown for those folk that want really big berries! New staff favourite.
Cabot
Late season berry. Nice firm berry, good flavour, cone shaped.
